Randy Evan Barnett is the Patrick Hotung Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University. A winner of the Guggenheim Fellowship in Constitutional Studies as well as the Bradley Prize, he has authored 12 books and more than 100 articles, in addition to serving on high-profile cases argued before the United States Supreme Court. He is also faculty director of the Georgetown Center for the Constitution.
