Margaret Chisolm, M.D. is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Board-certified in general psychiatry and addiction medicine, she has three decades of clinical experience, has served as PI or co-investigator on multiple nationally funded research projects, and has authored over 100 publications on psychiatric disorders and humanistic medical practice. Dr. Chisolm is a member of the Miller Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence and directs the Paul McHugh Program for Human Flourishing, where she uses the arts and humanities with medical learners to explore what it means to be human and to be a physician.
